During holiday seasons, people usually forget already diet things and healthy eating lifestyle. Weight gain and sometimes obesity are not doubtful during Christmas and New Year season. It is a fact that during this season, it is so fun to eat especially if we are with our family. But never forget your health. Here are some tips on how you can enjoy holiday season even eating a lot.
You can still eat foods with fat but it should be low fat and not high fat foods. Example is turkey or chicken. You can still eat them but never eat the skin because it is the part that has full of fats and cholesterol. Gravy can also be made even without any fat.
Holiday is not a reason for you to not continue your daily exercise. Take at least 15 minutes of your time after meal to walk. This will help burn calories you have taken up.
If possible, avoid drinking alcohol and instead drink water. If you still want to, you can still drink alcohol but with very plenty amount. Water can help to you to limit your appetite.
